Staff could not do enough to help us. Bar was lively and comfortable. Location is perfect for sight seeing. Beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in.
Top Tip
Canal tour and sightseeing bus give you a good overview of city and very reasonable price. Tivoli Gardens not always open so check times if want to visit there.

I and the family always try to stay at the hotel Admiral when in Copenhagen. Hotel's own restaurant excellent. Superb Buffet breakfast. Close to Nyhavn with its good restaurants, and close to The Royal Palace.
Also close to 'Stroeget'.

There was no coffee making facilities. The staff referred us to the vending machines for adaptors and toiletories and it was empty and then sent us out in the snow to find a shop at 11pm! The hotel may have stars but they are not for the level of service received! Close to NyHaven
Top Tip
the shops are mostly closed on Sundays too

If you're staying in Copenhagen then look no further than the Admiral Hotel.
We were upgraded to a 2 floor suite for no extra cost.
The staff all speak perfect English and are very helpful.
