The location makes it convenient to most of Copenhagen's major attractions including Tivoli gardens, the shopping street Strøget (the world's longest pedestrian street), cinemas, restaurants and the airport bus drop off point at central station. It is a safe area.

The hotel is housed in a traditional white stone building with narrow rectangular and arched windows. The hotel lobby is medium sized and decorated in light pastel colours and contains a life size replica statue of the Little Mermaid. There are different room types the standard room are all of medium size and in fair condition. The restaurant is a simply designed room with orange tiles and floor. The hotel is a traditionally styled building with a modern interior, the location is central and in the red light area which is perfectly safe but not for all tastes. Overall the property offers good value for money.
